These terms will explain who we are, the services we offer, how they are delivered and how to contact us if you would like to give us feedback on our service. Please read these terms carefully and if you have any questions about them, please do get in touch. 

Anchored Therapy Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales (no. 16036459). We offer psychological assessment, formulation and therapy delivered by qualified Clinical Psychologists, face to face and online. These professionals are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and therefore adhere to their standards of conduct, performance and ethics. We do not provide services for people in crisis. If you are experiencing thoughts about ending your life, harming yourself or other people, please contact a crisis support line such as the Samaritans on 116 123 or go to your nearest Accident and Emergency Department (A&E) where someone will be able to help you. 

Fees

Initial Assessment (50 minutes): £130

Psychological Therapy Session (50 minutes): £130

Reports and letters are available upon request at an additional cost to cover administration time.

Payment of fees (Self-funded)

Payments for all sessions are due 48 hours in advance of the booked appointment by BACS transfer to the bank details below. Please note that we will never change these bank details via email alone. Please contact us immediately if you receive such an email as this may be fraudulent in nature.

Payment of fees (Insurance policy)

Your provider will be billed monthly for sessions completed in the previous month.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know by emailing admin@anchored-therapy.com or calling 07438620486. There is 48 hour notice period required for cancellation. If an appointment is not attended or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, full payment for the session will still be charged.

The protection of your personal data and any details you may share in your therapy sessions is of paramount importance to us.
